Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Waihin Myanmar Mart (Muscat, Sultanate of Oman).

1. Prices and payment

All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable VAT. The price charged is the price shown when the order is confirmed. We accept Cash on Delivery, KPay, Wave Pay and bank transfer within Oman. Bank details are sent privately on WhatsApp after the order is confirmed.

2. Orders and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of a pricing error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud, and will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order.

3. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Oman only — we do not ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia or any other country. Orders of 10.000 OMR and over are delivered free; orders under 10.000 OMR carry a flat delivery fee of 2.000 OMR. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days and estimates are not guaranteed. 4. Returns and refunds

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Opened cosmetics and non-defective perishable food cannot be returned. Full details: Returns Policy.

5. Product information

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on the site is complete or error-free.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Waihin Myanmar Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
